throughout central FL - Formed own company and built plants and sewers until joining Zeta
as Vice President and Manager of Construction. Manages all construction activity as well

Division (St Louis, Mo) - Environmental Division Manager for Gulf Constructors until 1989
(Sarasota, FL) Started own company to build pipelines and treatment plants. Moved company
to Florida East Coast in 1991. Lives in Stuart, FL. Involved in community service

Chris Ruchti
A contractor all his life, started his career in the Orlando area working on
Utility plants and pipeline, spent 8 years with Metro Construction as Field Superintendent
- Own business as independent contractor for several years and as Superintendent with
Milmer Construction for two more years. Project Supt with extensive sewer and water plant
experience with concrete forming, piping and equipment specialty. Lives in Orlando, FL

An electrician by training, ran family electrical company for almost two
decades while building a reputation as an able and economical contractor. Also very
experienced in piping and plant work. Runs projects on far flung islands and is no
stranger to shuttling materials from one island to another. High voltage and switchgear
